Important Note: The fee for this course does NOT include a monitor/trainer's services or fees for the device proficiency demomstration, which is required before the oral fluid specimen collector is permitted to conduct collections for federal drug tests. Federal regulations require oral fluid specimen collector students to complete hands-on proficiency training after completing procedures training (which is this online course). The proficiency demonstration is not included in the fee for this online procedures course -- it is a separate training component and requires additional fees. Both components of the federally-required training must be completed before you may begin performing oral fluid specimen collections for DOT drug testing.

You will not be qualified to conduct oral fluid specimen collections upon completion of the online procedures course only.

Notice: The DOT rules require device proficiency training on each separate oral fluid collection device that the collector will use. Therefore, if you use more than one type of device, a separate proficiency training/demonstration class fee will apply for each device.
