Upon completing the Collector Train-The-Trainer Procedures Course, students must fulfill their Collector training requirements per DOT regulations. This includes successfully completing a proficiency demonstration with a qualified monitor within 30 days of starting the online procedures course. For convenience, we offer the required proficiency demonstration via webcam for an additional fee.

- Conduct their proficiency demonstration class within 30 days of their course start date.

Important Note: Our Collector Train-The-Trainer course does NOT give you the materials or train/qualify you for teaching the Procedures training (component 1 of the DOT-required 2-part training). Rather, it is expected that our Collector Train-The-Trainer students will continue to use Certified Training Solutions, LLC online Collector Procedures courses for each Specimen Collector they train (you must purchase a new course for each collector student you wish to train). This will ensure compliance and consistency in training to meet the Federal requirements for Specimen Collectors under the Department of Transportation (DOT) testing program.

By purchasing any Certified Training Solutions, LLC online, webcam, or live Train-The-Trainer courses, you agree to the following terms:
- Restricted Use: You may only provide training to staff, employees, or personnel within your own company, clinic, or facility. Training individuals outside of your organization is strictly prohibited.
- Individual Course Requirement: A separate and new online course must be purchased for each individual you train. Sharing course materials or certifications among multiple trainees is not permitted.
