Courses are APPROVED by the FRA
Certified Training Solutions is proud to announce that our FRA Post-accident Determination Training and Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training courses have been APPROVED as Model Courses by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Railroad Administration for use by regulated employers.
Employers: You may find the course names & ID numbers by logging into your account on the Railroad Safety Portal (RRSP) at: https://rrsp.fra.dot.gov
Since the courses are APPROVED by the FRA, you may have your employees and supervisors simply purchase and complete our online course(s) and report to the FRA that they completed these particular approved Model Courses. [No detailed or time-consuming content submission is necessary to the FRA when using our approved courses! We’ve done the hard part for you!]
Remember, every supervisor of a regulated employee must complete both the Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion (Signs & Symptoms of Drug and Alcohol Use) course and the FRA Post-accident Determination Training. Training should be repeated every three years. The training requirements/Rules apply to contractors performing work for railroads, as well.
